Introducing
Awesome Wednesday Discounts:
In addition to
our two Wednesday KnitWit sessions and our beginning knitting and
crocheting classes, we also offer spectacular discounts every single
Wednesday! Each week we select a different number of
needlepoint canvases, knitting yarns, books and accessories and
mark them down 10%-25%. (Offer is good only for that particular
Wednesday.) If you are interested in knowing in advance what

and request that you be added to our email maling list!
KnitWit Sessions:
Join us for some
fun at our regular KnitWit sessions Wednesdays and Saturdays from
12 Noon until 2:30 pm and on Wednesdays from 5:30 to 7:00 pm. Bring
your needlepoint or knitting projects and share some fun times with
fellow stitchers. Show off your projects and help each other out,
or get some help from us, this is the time when we are most available
to help you out. Everyone is welcome.
On Wednesdays
Betsy and Anneke are at your disposal during our KnitWit sessions
and on Saturdays usually Lisa and either Anneke or Betsy will be
there to assist. One of our most recent KnitWit sessions consisted
of a number of us learning how to crochet Granny Squares!
We started off with tiny little ones and moved on to crocheting
the Flap Jack Kit by Colinette. It is a giant Granny Square
throw!
During our KnitWit
sessions we have been known to teach customers how to needlepoint
in either the continental or basketweave stitches, begin to knit
or crochet. How to do a crochet edging around either a garment,
or a baby blanket. How to pick up stitches. How to read
a pattern. How to pick up a dropped stitch. How to do
a gauge. How to do a cable.....
Well, you get
the picture. If you need help, feel free to drop by during
these times and we will greet you with a smile, and help you out!
