Returns and Exchanges:
ANNEKE’S NEEDLEWORKS understands how difficult it can
be to be very excited about a new purchase made on-line, only
to be disappointed by it when it arrives in the mail…
because it is not “exactly” what you imagined
it would be! Our main goal is for you, our customer, to be
thrilled with your new canvas and fibers, every time you make
a purchase from us!
Therefore, should you wish to return an item for any reason,
we will gladly offer you a refund minus shipping charges,
as long as you ship the merchandise back to us within 7 days
of having received it. You can return most unused fibers up
to three months after their purchase, for a store credit,
as long as they are in perfect shape! (We do not accept returns
on DMC Floss, Paternayan Persian Wool or Velour.)
As you can imagine, we go to great lengths to package and
ship your merchandise properly, to ensure that you receive
it in perfect condition. However, accidents do happen sometimes
and there is always that small risk that the merchandise might
get damaged on its way to you. Should your canvas and fibers
arrive damaged in any way, we will gladly offer you an exchange
or a full refund, whatever you prefer. In such a case we will
of course also refund the shipping costs.
Please note that you must always return the merchandise with
the invoice. In the case of merchandise damaged en route,
you must also return the original packaging in order for us
to process the return. Please send all exchanges and returns

Special Orders and Back-Orders:
If you have placed an order for a canvas from our Distinguished
Guests or our Shorebird Studios lines, or if you have custom-ordered
a Lee Designs letter from the alphabet, please allow at least
three weeks for delivery. Our vendors have promised that specially-ordered
canvases will be delivered to us in two weeks, however, given
that these are hand-painted canvases we have learned that
it is always wise to allow for a little extra time….
Please note that specially-ordered canvases are billed at
the point of sale. However, once we have received your order
and once we have placed it with our vendor, we will get back
to you immediately, with a more exact time frame for delivery.
If the time frame is longer than what you had anticipated,
and if you respond before the artist has begun to work on
it, we will gladly offer you a full refund.
Once a specially-ordered canvas has been delivered to you,
we do not accept returns. It was painted just for you.
If the canvas you purchased is not a specially-ordered canvas,
but a canvas placed on back-order, please allow 2 to 4 weeks
for delivery. If this time frame is too long for you, please
contact us and we will be glad to offer you
a full refund.
